This hollow pasta machine is a new hand-operated machine for making short pasta. Made completely of ABS for foodstuffs and chrome-plated steel, it is supplied with five dies which allow you to make maccheroni, anelli, maccheroncini, rigatoni, bucatini and fusilli. On request other dies are available for making long pasta such as Bigoli, Spaghetti and Japanese pasta.
